    The reason why not all site pages have English version is simple. All what can be of visitors' interest are in English as well. But web design, promotion in Russian search engines Yandex and Rambler - only in Russian. Even until now we have good useful books/ articles concerning web  - in translation from English. The same regarding dogs' care, rings, breeding... suppose, English speaking (and reading) people may easily find it in original English version.
    Site map (here) is mostly in Russian, but main English pages indicated as well. Site pages have cross links one to another for smooth navigation, also there are navigational links on bottom of several pages.
